Craft of the Week - Spiritual Bouquet of Hearts

On Saint Valentine's Day we will be making Spiritual Bouquet of Hearts for our loved ones. On each petal, we will be writng the devotional acts that we are going to do for each recipient.


MATERIALS
Heart-shaped doily
Cardstock (I used shades of purple and pink for Lent)
Scissors or 1 1/2' AND 2" Heart-shaped punch
Glue
Image of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus or the
Immaculate Heart of Mary (around 1 1/2")
String or Ribbon
Tape

STEP 1
Cut out a number of heart shapes in two sizes, one slightly bigger than the other. I made 2" and 1 1/2" sizes. You may use a variety of color.


STEP 2
Glue the smaller hearts on to the larger ones.


STEP 3
Glue the hearts on the center of the doily.

STEP 4
Write down the Devotional acts to be performed on each heart.

STEP 5
Cut out a circle, 4" in diameter and start gluing on your heart petals(I used 5 petals).



STEP 6
Continue gluing the hearts around the circle until you form a flower.

STEP 7
Stick on the image of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus or the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the center.



STEP 8
Then tape on a string or ribbon behind.
